I partner with leaders and organizations navigating transformation — across cultures, contexts, and the moments that ask the most of people. My work draws on years of experience across Japan, Southeast Asia, and the United States, and on the values I was shaped by: integrity, diligence, and the belief that how we work together matters as much as what we achieve.
I began my career at a human capital consulting firm in Japan, partnering with multinational corporations on cross-cultural integration and talent strategy. I then served as Project Manager at a social enterprise running cross-sector leadership immersions across Southeast Asia, accompanying corporate professionals through the boundary between business and social sectors. Most recently, I led the establishment of an HR consulting practice in the United States before founding my independent practice.
I specialize in supporting organizations navigating mission-driven transformation, and individuals — particularly Japanese professionals finding their footing in global leadership — at pivotal moments of change. I work in both Japanese and English, and am based in New York and Connecticut.

日本の人材・組織開発コンサルティング会社でキャリアをスタートし、多国籍企業の越境統合や人材戦略に携わりました。その後、社会的企業でプロジェクトマネージャーとして、企業人材の東南アジア越境リーダーシップ研修に同行。渡米後はHRコンサルティング部門の立ち上げを経て、独立。
